Connects my hot swap bags to my server's raid controller and bonus, they were actually in the package unlike the set I ordered from 10gig tech.

I bought these specifically to be used in a data server that its hard drives are in hot-swap cages. Now they do allow for the RAID 5 array to be built but after on boot one or more disk drops out of the array and it has to be built all over again. I have changed the hot-swap cages to determine if it was a bad cage but both cages failed to maintain the array so it has to be the data cable going to the Raid Card. Once the store was able to show Mini SAS cable available for order i found out these three I bought were about the same price as one listed with LSI.I have tried it with all three cables each on a different cage and the array fails to hold. These are clearly cheap cables and no one should buy them.

This SAS cable is a little long (3.3 FT) for a standard PC case, but I plan to migrate my components into a server case.Overall, the cable is long, well made, and works great with my ICY DOCK ToughArmor SAS backplane and RAID controller.

In ufficio abbiamo avuto un problema con la scheda integrata di un server Dell, tutti i cavi che avevo trovato in circolo erano troppo alti e non mi permettevano di chiudere il rack, questi cavi oltre ad essere di ottima fattura ma hanno salvato, finalmente il rack รจ di nuovo chiuso.
