Quality seems to be very good. Also seems to be heavy duty & smooth. Very pleased

This stainless steel pully has a stainless wheel, shaft, and body, making it good for outdoor use. My only issue is that the shaft is a bolt and locknut, and makes the overall thickness of this about twice as thick as it needs to be, but I suppose it keeps manufacturing costs down. I'd recommend for anyone needing a fixed pully where the extra thickness is not an issue.

Unlike some of the other "stainless" pulleys I have received recently, this one is actually made of 304 stainless steel. The construction is solid and the pulley has some real heft to it. The pulley operates smoothly and should serve my purposes nicely. The pulley can apparently be disassembled and parts can be replaced, which is the way things should be.

Stout, strong, no complaints so far. Time will tell how long it actually lasts.

This is a high-quality pulley. The material is stainless steel, which is great for damp environments. Further, the wheel, frame, and bolt are all quite beefy. I wish they had put a weight rating on it, as it would help everyone stay within the safe use guidelines. I used it for a light counterweight to close my barn door automatically. My chickens go in there otherwise and try to build stuff as they flip tools and boxes around. It is the best they can do with no hands.

This appears to be a well built pulley with smooth action. I mounted one on a wall to assist moving a ladder in and out of a storage space. One concern I had was that the metal bracket holding the pulley had sharp edges around the mounting holes. These were likely machine punched but never deburred. Once installed this was not a problem but gloves are recommended while mounting. Fortunately the pulley itself is well finished with no sharp edges. And I would take exception to the claim of “super quiet”. As noted above, the action is smooth but I did not find it to be more quiet than other pulleys I’ve used.

I got one of those tailgate assist devices and, well, I mounted it a little too far forward. Now it rubs on the frame which will eventually fray the cable. I wanted something I could put onto the frame of the trailer rather than drilling more holes to remount the assist. Most rollers do not have as wide of a V as this one does. This is perfect for what I need. It is wide enough to ensure the cable hits it every time and saves me having to remount the assist. It is good quality and you can feel the sturdiness by the weight. It is stainless steel so I will not have to worry about rusting except where I weld it because I do not have SS welding rods. Oh well, a little spray paint and nobody will notice.

I couldn't find anywhere how much weight this could actually handle, but I'm nowhere near its limits, so it's OK for me. The frame is strong, but I did go ahead and debur the edges around the hole, which were very sharp. The pulley itself was strong, smooth-operating, and didn't have any sharp edges.I'm happy with this selection.
