This ultimately couldn't resolve the issue we were trying to fix, setting up dual monitors via my stepson's laptop, but the cable itself worked great (fast display, clear picture, etc.). We ended up needing an HDMI splitter instead, but I'm holding onto this, as it's a solid cable, and we have a couple of monitors that still take them.Nice, sturdy, thick, but flexible cable. Would order again.

When you sometimes have to set up that desktop in some tighter spaces with little room behind, you will really appreciate these right angle cables.I improvised an antique dresser as a computer desktop, and it just had little room behind the PC. ...So since I had a Dell SFF with Display port outs, this just worked great for me. Had just enough room to hook up the right angle cable whereas a regular type would have just stuck out the back of the PC too far.Well made cable & the function and video was all great from it.

No complaints. This product works very well. It's well made, arrived promptly, and the right angle, which is the unique feature I was after, is very good for my application. If you want a 90 degree DisplayPort cable, I recommend this one.

This cable works really well. I have a laptop docking station where all the display plugs are on the back, so the right angle end is good for there because standard straight cables push into the wall. The display performance of the cable is great, I haven't noticed any issues or artifacts... just plugged it in, and it's been working exactly as expected. I have always had good luck with Cable Matters products, and this is no difference. Would definitely recommend.

The 1.8m Cable Matters Right Angle DisplayPort 1.4 Cable worked upon immediately for our desktop computer with the Asus 29-inch Ultra Wide Full HD monitor at 2560 x 1080 60Hz resolution. We also tested it on a Dell 24-inch 244hz monitor running 1920 x 1080p without any issues. It supports 1440p resolution up to 240Hz, 4K at up to 120Hz. And also supports 5K resolution at up to 60Hz, and 8K resolution at 30Hz. We connected the right angle connector behind the monitor which allows the cable to be oriented to the right hand side where the desktop PC is located. This helps de-clutter the amount of wiring upon the table by aiming it directly towards the desktop computer tower. It's always a rat's nest of wires in the back and with better wire management you can more easily vacuum up any dust bunnies that appear monthly. The connector ends of the Cable Matters Right Angle DisplayPort cable clicked in with no fitment issues. Cable is thinner than our older HDMI cable which helps with bending it into place where it belongs. This cable will last for several years as its made of quality molded connector ends and a shielded PVC jacket.

This right angle DP to DP cable came vacuum packed and protectively coiled with end caps and cable management straps. The cable is heavy duty and well-constructed end-to-end and performs flawlessly. A solid choice and a great value.

This 10 foot display port to display port cable works well. Also known as DP to DP. There is a 90 degree bend on one end that will help fit the cable into a DP port if your TV is hanging close to the wall. These 90 degree cables were necessary on a Samsung TV with a low profile Sanus wall mount.I am using this newest cable for my second PC desktop monitor. If you have your computer on the floor, a 10 foot cable will probably be needed. You never want your monitor cables tight and about to be pulled out if you need to upgrade or fix your computer.This cable has a display port connection on each end. So make sure your computer graphics card, and monitor, or TV has a display port connection. To identify if you have a display port connection, I always look on the bottom left side of the connector end or port end, for the square edge. You can see the square edge and the 90 degree cable plug direction in the pictures.The cable does support 8k at 60Hz and 4k at 240Hz. You can check your NVidia control panel or graphics settings to turn up your PC resolution. If your monitor supports higher resolutions. Make sure you are not using any cable splitters or adapters to get the highest possible resolution for your display.If the 10 foot length is too long for you, just coil the cable up behind your monitor or computer. It does not affect the resolution. I would not bend any video cables. This cable can be bent around because it is pretty thick, but it is best practice to coil video cables so you are not breaking anything on the inside.The cable is definitely worth the price. Cable Matters is a solid company in general. As a professional IT technician, I have installed these very same Cable Matters DP cables, and DP to HDMI cables, in offices my company supports for the past 10 years. I have never had to replace any of them. Those cables are still being used every day, so I would say these are reliable.This DP cable does not have the locking pins on the connectors, so make sure both ends are plugged in all the way. Do not bend the cable connector ends when plugging and unplugging. The connector ends, on these Cable Matters’ cables, seemed like you would have to put some real force on them to break them. But I have seen people do it with other brands of DP cables.No pushing down or pulling up, just push directly in, and pull directly out; on the cable ends. Make sure you are plugging the cable in the right way into the display port before you start jamming the cable in.

The cable comes vacuum-sealed and is neatly packaged. It came as advertised in terms of length and had no issues supporting my high-refresh rate monitor. One thing to note is that neither end uses a locking DisplayPort male connector. Personally, I prefer non-locking DisplayPort cables anyways so this works out for me.If you plan to use this on a television with ports on the side, make sure to note the orientation of the DisplayPort connector on your TV. It worked out on my TV, but I'm not sure of all DisplayPorts are oriented the same way on all TVs. If your DisplayPort connector is flipped on your TV, it might result in this cable pointing upwards instead of downwards, which would increase strain on the connection.
