This cable is great, works as expected. But it's also just very durable. I could probably use it as a tie down if I needed to.

I'm your company's computer guy. Twenty plus years of experience. At first I was very excited about this cable. Non-Standard 12 foot length perfect for my need, thick and presumably quality build, and an attractive colored nylon braid. Bottom line, this Dual-Link DVI cable didn't work at 2560x1440 60hz which it was SUPPOSE to. Bizarre colors, flickering, and other reviews experienced the same. In fact this cable pictured sells under multiple different brand names with it's own reviews. Do a little review searching and find the same cable, different name, same problems.Be advised this is almost certainly not a dual-link DVI cable or if it really is the quality is sub-par. If you're going to be working at the higher end specs of DVI this is not the cable for you. Instead of an exchange / replacement fiasco that failed another reviewer I opted to return this cable and purchase a longer 15ft dual-link DVI cable from a very well known brand that is working 100% perfectly.
