Bought this for the specific length of the cable. Needed a particular cable length that is not as common. This cable is good quality. Good experiences with other products from this manufacturer as well.

I am unsure if this was just a faulty cable or if this is normal with the company. The connecting insert to my Macbook Air broke after only 2 months of use. I am going to try to get money back, but possibly I waited too long.
