When Butterfly started incorporating their revolutionary ZLC technology into their already top-notch blade construction, everyone in the table tennis scene took notice. Integrating the best aspects of ZL fibers and carbon, they were able to achieve a balance of power and feel rivaled by none. The Mizutani Jun ZLC follows suit, enabling power and control from anywhere around the table. This is the blade of choice for several Butterfly-sponsored players, including Jun Mizutani (Dignics 80 rubber on both sides), Jonathan Groth (Tenergy 05 Hard rubber on both sides), and Nima Alamian (Tenergy 05 Hard Forehand and Tenergy 05 Backhand). To add more grip to this blade, you can get the Soft Grip Tape, providing grip and comfort to the racket handle. Another great choice to extend the longevity of your racket is adding side tape to the blade, protecting the wood in the event it is hit on the table. このラケットは飛び過ぎてしまうのではないかと思う人が多いと思いますが、そこまでは飛びませんでした。むしろ、ちょうどいい感じに反発力があってブロックが安定し易くなります。ほかにも、台上技術(主にストップとフォアフリック）が普通のラケットと比べてやり易いと感じました。後ろに下がってもしっかり飛んでくれるので、あまり力を使わなくても打ち合いが出来ます。
