My cat didn’t try and kill me si that’s a win. Virtually no scent, low suds and easy to rinse out. Great product

I’ve been using this for several years for my cats’ monthly baths. The consistency is thinner than human shampoo, which makes it easier to massage through thick fur. There is very little scent and despite my allergies (and the current cat’s allergies), I’ve not had issues with irritation. It is strong enough to lift the food oils out of her fur while being gentle enough to not lead to skin irritation. It rinses out cleanly with ease

The bottle arrived without protection and unsealed, it was easy to open it and the liquid inside seems to have been diluted since had lot of foam and air. I cannot trust to use this in my cats, I believe this is not reliable.

Cleaned up our Senior Cat pretty well. His fur is soft again, he doesn’t feel oily, felt like the matted fur loosened easier, he appears to be happier. He didn’t like the bath much however it wasn’t too hard to bath him. About the it really doesn’t have a smell and it barely lathers so it can be challenging to know what parts were washed. I assume this is a good thing since cats appear to be sensitive to these things. Overall 5 stars just don’t expect it to be super soapy.

The shampoo left my cat's fur shiny and soft, and the smell wasn't too strong at all. My only hesitation is surrounding the label. The product I received has a completely different label design than shown in the pictures. I tried to look up the product on other sites to see if various label designs exist, but I couldn't really find a match?? I don't know if that means this is a fake product or not.

This shampoo is definitely worth it. I have a white cat with sensitive skin and it works great on him! The scent is not strong or overpowering and it's very gentle on his skin. It definitely helps with excessive shedding and leaves his fur very soft

He hates baths, but given he's a long hair, he gets caught in the rain, foilage gets stuck to his fur, he matts a little and all else that comes with owning a long haired cat. This stuff makes him feel SO soft, I feel like quoting Despicable Me each time he has a bath. IT'S SO FLUFFY I'M GONNA DIE!It makes brushing him a lot easier, and I've noticed his fur doesn't matt as often. It does still, so keep that in mind, but no where near what it used to.It doesn't really have a scent, which I prefer as I'm uneducated in soap chemistry and don't know what fragrances would do to his skin. Ontop of that, it doesn't give his body an entire new scent that he doesn't recognise. My only gripe is the price for close-to 300ml. While I apprecaite R&D costs, as well as the more expensive ingredients (honey and beeswax), some of the ingredients are pretty standard, like glycerin, citric acid and water.I can see from the MSDS that it is SLS free, which I highly appreciate. If they could reduce the price by a couple of pounds, I'd be raving about it, but despite that, no doubt I'll buy it again as it seems the best pet shampoo I've come across so far.

This is by far one of the best pet shampoos I've ever used! It has worked wonders for my cat Countess Bathory, and her dry skin.My cat is extremely sensative, and her skin dries out very easily. She also sheds like nothing else. I have to wash her once a season. 1.) Because she loves to roll around on everything and 2.) Because her skin gets so dry I have to brush out all her flakes and extra fur in the bath, then rub her down with coconut oil and have her hate me until she's dry lol.I bathed her with this about two months ago, and her flakes are gone! I didn't even have to oil her like normal. It also helped get a lot of her spring shedding out of the way. It lathers up really well, and you don't need to use much at all. Its easy to work into the deeper layers of fur because of the watery texture. The smell is pleasant and not overwhelming. My cats fur is insanely soft right now, and so shiny like never before after using this shampoo. Plus! My cat likes to flail around in the bath, and managed to get some in my eye, and the irritation was minimal! unlike with other shampoos I've used where my eyes and even skin are irritated for days after. That being said I am knocking a star off because there is so little product for the money, and the design of the cap makes leaks easy, and almost impossible to prevent. The bottle design also makes it hard to apply while wresting a slippery, and angry soaking wet cat. It allows you to practically shoot half the bottle out, even if you don't apply pressure to the bottle. Its very frustrating to waste such a nice and expensive product like that.Other than that I give this product 4 stars! If there was more product in a better bottle it would honestly get 5, but at this point I can not justify it. If you've been having problems with your cats dry skin, and have the money to spare then I recommend this highly!

Washed my cat with Burt's Bees (never a fun occasion) but found Burt's Bees was purrfect and lovely and soft. Just beeware it's quite runny and not like a gel, so when you tip it upside down it will run straight out.

The best thing about this is that it doesn't have an odd or overpowering smell like some other pet shampoo. Other good things, my cat is chonky and has a lot of dandruff which shows up starkly in his black fur. He had gotten greasy and hadn't been cleaning himself well. This shampoo was gentle on his skin but got rid of the grease. Now the dandruff can be combed out of his fur more easily instead of getting stuck in it and building up. He started getting dandruffy again almost immediately, but it's less intense than before, so I think the shampoo was also soothing for his skin. The main 'negative' was that the shampoo didn't lather very much and it required more, about a quarter of the bottle, to cover his 25lb body. He has short sleek hair, no fluff even when he tries to get poofy, so a cat with a thicker undercoat would definitely need more shampoo. The amount of shampoo I needed isn't an actual issue for me because it means the soap was gentler and the cat, Sinbad, as well as his litter mate Aladdin, both have sensitive skin and dandruff issues. Plus most cats really shouldn't be washed often anyway (unless they can't clean themselves) so a huge bottle would be a waste since it would go bad before I could use it all. And in fairness, the bottle did leak a fair amount (into a leak guard bag and not the shipping box, so not a huge mess) so I definitely lost some shampoo and my estimate of how much it took to wash Sinbad could be off.Overall, I would absolutely recommend this, especially for kittens, homes with a lot of cats, or older, disabled, or heavier cats who have difficulty reaching to clean their dirtier areas.
