Overall works pretty well for controlling my cats dander, but I definitely wouldn't recommend spraying it directly on your cat, its to condensed so it will just make wet spots, its better to spray a brush for even distribution. It also has a very subtle smell which dosnt bother my cat very much.

I was skeptical but, after one application, I am a believer. The product seemed to lift the dander out for easy brushing. My cat is old and doesn’t groom a lot. As a result, she was matting and looked unkempt. I think removing the dander will help. It made her hair look full and shiny, and she is silky to the touch.

I love Burt’s Bees Cat Dander Spray! My cat has always struggled with dry skin and dander, and this spray has made a huge difference in just a few uses.Pros:✔ Soothes Dry Skin – The colloidal oat flour works wonders in keeping my cat’s skin moisturized and irritation-free.✔ Reduces Dander – I’ve noticed significantly less dander around the house, which has helped with allergies.✔ Gentle & Natural – No harsh chemicals or overpowering scents—just a light, natural formula that’s safe for cats.✔ Easy to Use – A few spritzes and a quick brush-through, and my cat’s coat looks softer and healthier.✔ Trusted Brand – I love that Burt’s Bees uses natural ingredients and is committed to pet wellness.Cons:🔹 Some cats might take time to get used to being sprayed, but applying it to a brush first can help!If you’re looking for an effective, all-natural solution for cat dander and dry skin, this spray is a lifesaver. It keeps my cat comfortable, reduces allergens, and leaves her coat soft and shiny. Highly recommend!

Great product but arrived kinda icky. The cap was taped on and there wasn’t spillage in the box luckily but the cap itself was covered in either another substance or product from a little leakage. It was gross and very sticky to the touch I threw it away. Please package items better ppl!! The spray itself is amazing so far, shockingly my cat even lets me spray it on her most of the time. If she’s not having it I spray it on the brush. It does seems to grab some dander when brushing through so hopefully we’re removing some while treating her skin to help prevent it. I’ve only been using it for a few days and have already noticed a difference in less dandruff on top of her coat AND she seems to be itching less. So happy I found this and at a reasonable price. LOVE Burt’s Bees!! 🩷 I already used their regular pet shampoo for baths once in a while but these drier winter months gave my long haired girlie progressively worsening dandruff and itchiness, and all the vet recommended was fish oil supplement which we’ve tried but I knew she needed something topical. New cat holy grail product!

We have a big sweet tabby with a really thick undercoat that produces a LOT of dander. It also made her coat a bit greasy feeling. One week after we started using the Burt's Bees Spray and we have a different cat! Her coat color is darker now that the thick undercoat has been brushed out, no visible dander and grease-free. You can pet her and you don't come away covered in fuzz, grease & dander - her coat is just soft and lovely! She is even more playful now that the discomfort has been eliminated. I didn't realize the extent of the impact this condition made on her! Highly recommend this product. To avoid startling her with the sound of the spray bottle, we apply it to the brush. Pleasant smell, too!

Bought this to treat my rescue cat who is long haired and gets matted within 24 hours of being brushed. Only used it twice so far and the difference is amazing, the large matts have gone and any small ones brush out so much easier. Her coat is softer and all in all I have a much happier cat, which is an ideal result. Thank you so much for this product, happy to recommend to anyone and everyone.

This stuff REALLY works, and got rid of my older cat's bad dander problem. Burt's Bees for Pet Dander Reducing Spray arrived with the rest of my Amazon order this early afternoon, and I was more excited to test this out, then I was getting a refill of my favorite foundation. However there was one caveat, at least with our cat: I learned early on that our 18-year old feline was not crazy about me spraying this directly on her. Now, mind you, I kept it far away from her face and eyes, but concentrated strictly on her back to her tail, where the dander is present. Once I sprayed a mist of it, I began to brush her coat thoroughly. The directions state to spray from the back of the cat's ears all the way to her tail, but I have never seen dander by the back of her ears or head. And after a thorough brushing (I have a soft silicone brush that I use on her and she loves it) I can honestly say that the amount of dander decreased significantly. Later this evening I began to repeat the steps, but she was not happy with the spray hitting her fur directly, so I thought, why not spray it on either the silicone brush or on one of the Pet Grooming-Deshedding Gloves (bought them here on Amazon), and then use that to brush it into her fur directly (her back area and to the tip of her tail) with long strokes, and then use it to brush it thoroughly. Which I did, and she was very comfortable with this method.Guess what?? Those big-gross dander flakes are all but gone! Okay, I'd say about 98-99%, and that's impressive. I think between the Colloidal Oat Flour & Aloe Vera (and it also has Glycerin and honey), it is strong enough, but gentle enough to work.Again, this WAS NOT used on her face, throat, belly, or legs. And I have no intention of using this on her on a daily basis. And if the dander does not come back, then it was money well spent. And if it does, then perhaps another treatment is in order, but down the road.

Started to spray on our cat but not fussed. So sprayed it on grooming comb, he was in seventh heaven and couldn't stop purring. He was acting the same as with catnip. Have brushed him once weekly and his fur is so soft, tangle free and very smooth and glossy. It is expensive but well worth the cost. Exceptional product.

This stuff is brilliant! Our old cat has been getting really bad dander and his coat was looking scruffy. After using about 5 times, it has improved enormously.
