This spinner's control card has guides to help you estimate your WPI as you spin. Simply lay the yarn along the grooves until you find a match. Or, calculate your WPI by wrapping over the two inch section. At the top of the tool is a protractor to help you measure your twist angle - plus a reminder of which way is S and which way is Z. There are five holes in varying sizes so you can use the tool as a diz, or thread a length of yarn or ribbon through the holes to hang from your wheel or keychain. Material: Maple wood

Received my tool and used it that evening. The diz is perfect, strong, and easy to use. The tool is larger than I expected but feels sturdy and will get a lot of use. It's currently hanging on my favorite wheel ready for me to spin again. Highly recommended for any spinner.
