It won't tighten the cable and pull the toe. The wheel does not tighten the cable. It stops turning with just a little tension in the cable. I hate to use pliers on the wheel.No ability to ask a person if this unit is defective. No replacements available. I think it might be a junk product and they make money on those who don't return. I was also charged 10% when it was returned. Negative stars if possible.

I am thrilled with my new bunion corrector. Since I started using it, I've noticed a significant improvement in the comfort of my feet. It's very easy to put on and adjust, and it stays in place all day without causing any discomfort. The material is soft and doesn't irritate the skin. After using it for a few weeks, I've seen a noticeable improvement in the alignment of my toes and a reduction in pain. I would definitely recommend this to anyone suffering from bunions!

I got this a little bit ago and decided to wear it and then leave my review. OMG it works so well that my feet feel so much better and the ability to adjust it to my fittings, and my small feet works very well for me. For the low price and easy to use, and it's pain free. I like that. I definitely recommend this product.

I like that this brace is lightweight and comfortable. It can be used on the left foot or right. It's fully adjustable to your foot size and comfort. It comes with an extra silicone cushion and easy to follow directions. The price is very affordable and it's good quality. I highly recommend!
