Even though I wear a size 8 in women’s shoes, I bought the size small based on reviews and I’m glad I did. The medium would have been too big and too loose. Definitely does the job!

These feel good. A medium is okay but not too snug for a regular size big toe. I'd like a bigger separator between the toes than this but it still feels helpful.

Easy to get on (I bought the large), and already I feel a difference in the slight pain I was getting from my overlapping big toe and arthritic second toe. So, very happy with this purchase. It's doing exactly what it was supposed to do.

I’m a healthy, active 41 year old woman. Before finding these, I experienced significant bunion pain (caused by long walks in my wide sneakers, and even from literally wearing any other type of shoe). I now wear these separators all day, from the minute I wake up, and my bunions never hurt. Even in ski boots! I also wear them under my grip socks in my Lagree classes and when on the Peloton… my feet feel great. Highly recommend.

They were a little too bulky for me. This made wearing shoes really uncomfortable. I’m going to find some more suitable for women’s feet .
