This toe/bunion item was way too small and tight! After a few hours my foot got really painful! Such a wasted purchase.

The elastic around the heel secures this on the foot. beautifully...unlike a previous incarnation bought somewhere a few years ago. it definitely prevents the arthritic big toe from encroaching on the other toes. Will try sleeping with it on and perhaps this will train the toe to "stay in its` lane!

Very uncomfortable. Even after breaking them in adding more time each day, no matter what I have more pain wearing them then without. I found another product on Amazon for Bunion relief that works so much better and no discomfort. I would not suggest this product.
