I love this product unfortunately you mine was sent with a ball that had a defective part I guess inside the bulb ended up dying but I love the functionality of this product kills the bugs instantly it's very easy to use

Worked well when it worked. One unit came completely unworking and we returned it. This unit came and though a little shaky when turned on, once it was on it worked well. When the bulbs burned out after about 45 days of use, it never turned back on after replacing bulbs with new ones. The connections were always touch and go. We would have to wiggle the unit to get it to turn on. I think the connections unconnected altogether with the new bulbs. It is a shame that it had such a short lifespan. Thankfully we were able to return the other before the window closed. We are out money on this one plus bulbs. Maybe a rep can contact me about replacement? Thanks.

Works like a charm. Every day flies would be in my kitchen as soon as I start cooking. I would be wasting time swatting at them it was so annoying. Ever since I got this no more annoying flies trying to get into the food. You barely see flies in the kitchen maybe one or two which I immediately usher into the trap.

I live by the water in south Florida so mosquitoes and midges are unbearable.This works perfect for my garage.

This really works! My green house had so many flies it was gross and annoying. I would open the door and a lot would escape into my home. It's been only 4 days and they're all gone!! No more flies! I highly recommend this product.

Bug control is great. Captured lots last night while sitting outside then moved indoors and worked well. Highly recommend.

I was having an awful time with gnats this year and tried different tabletop bug zappers. They did little. This Bug Zapper did the trick.
