Very well-made product and easy to use! I recently moved into an apartment w/ sliding glass door access to the balcony. There is a safety lock on the door's handle, but the BS Adjustable Window Security Bar provides an extra level of protection from breakings! The product is sturdy once assembled & very easy to place in door track to inhibit movement. I chose the black color because its easily seen & hopefully a deterrent too! At $19, this is a steal....no pun intendedđâď¸!!! I also plan to get one more for the window in my bedroom!

have had it for a while now and haven't experienced a break-in yet. seems sturdy so far, easy to set up, a little annoying to remove and put back when i need to get onto the fire escape, but that's how it is with security bars.

I purchased a temporary pet door that let in too much outside air and I needed something to help keep the hot air out. Purchased some sponge widow seal for the door, then ordered this bar, and problem solved! I especially like the large range that the bar can be adjusted so it was perfect for my situation. Easy to set up. Very strong. Ends have anti-slip pads, but still make it easy to slide in place and stay in place. One end-pad has a threaded insert that lets you adjust the bar length so you can get it as tight as you want. Great bar at a great price.

Tengo una ventana corrediza bastante grande, y necesitaba un bastĂłn para evitar que se abriera.A excepciĂłn de mandar fabricar un tubo de esa distancia, compre dos kits con dos tubos, y los uni. funciona bien hasta ahora.Lo que pudiera mejorarse es que se pudieran atornillar todos los tubos para formar uno mejor, pero asi me funciona bien.Estoy contento.

I bought these for a couple of bedroom sliding doors at the rear of my apartment. They make me feel extra secure living alone. They look good and are solidly built. I love how theyâre adjustable in length if needed.
