As a machinist of 30 years I know tricks to make this work but the average person will only damage their barrel. Customer service never responded to my questions

This tool cured the rough chamber issues I was having with my TriStar Viper G2 .410 shotgun. It is easy to use. Chuck in any common hand drill and keep well-lubricated with cutting oil or honing fluid during use. I don't think the 800 grit version removes enough material that you could screw anything up... it just smooths and polishes.
