This cover fits and matches my year 2000 F350 perfectly! I secured the cover's crease into the metal loops where the seatbelts are sewn in using (4) "S" hooks (about as big as your thumb) from Ace and (2) packages of HF camo bungies... I used the 18" ones at all 4 corners and one 12" one in the center. The bungie's other ends all hooked into existing holes in the seat frame. I cut off the headrest straps on the cover with scissors because they were not needed and in the way. Looks great and is very, very secure!

Pretty easy to install, I don't have headrests on this year truck so that made this more of a challenge. But it appears to work and the dog likes it.
