Unfortunately, this foot does not fit the Janome 3434D Serger.

I wasn't aware that my machine came with one of these and I purchased another, but its good because I will keep it for a spare... It works just like its supposed to. You have to change the settings on your machine for this to work. Depending on how many ruffles you want and what kind of fabric your using the settings will be different, probably a good idea to write them down. There are videos on youtube to help you with the settings for this foot.

This is a great product to have if you gave a serger and makes clothing.I am very pleased with my item. I received it a day before schedule.

I would give it no star if possible! Does not work on Brother serger. No instructions and no adjustments can be made to make it work.

I bought this for my 13 year old daughter 3 months ago, and she has been using it quite a bit. She designs and makes costumes, and was able to figure out how to use it without any help from me. She has made about 15 items on the machine, and it seems to be working very well for her, no complaints at all. I got her the gathering foot, and it will make small gathers, but not big bunchy ones, she uses the regular machine with manual gathering for that.
