I have the Brother 4x4 then upgraded to the 5x7 and wellllll….I now have the Brother 6x10. They are all amazing machines! I like the 6x10 the best because it eliminates most jump stitches.

The hoop sensor malfunctioned within 6 months of purchase, and this model does not have a way to manually override hoop position like other models. Brother support can’t help. UPDATE: I took it to my local sewing shop to be repaired. They do not recommend purchasing this machine from Amazon, they say Brother machines from the Amazon storefront tend to be manufactured differently than machines purchased from authorized Brother dealers. I purchased this same model again, this time from an authorized store. So far it is much better, and it cost 500 less from the dealer, too.

I have been using this machine for my small business now for a few months and it has been great! I had another brand previously and wasn’t sure about the switch but now I won’t go back! Ease of use has been the biggest positive!

I have two other embroidery machines and this one by far is the best one I own. It’s easy to set up and very easy to use. At first I was a little confused with the sewing foot, because I’m use to lowering and raising mine manually. But this one is automatic, and makes my projects so much easier!

This is a great machine— and a great seller. I was able to get this as an “open” box. It’s in perfect shape. In fact you can’t tell it was open box. It runs right out of the box-no problems. I got it for a discount— and 5 days early. Wireless is great— no problem transferring designs, very easy to use. LOVE this machine and the seller.

Love thisachine, so glad I decided to impulse purchase! I received the free upgrade to the NQ1700 instead of the 1600, and also got a free Brother embroidery program with it it well. I am upgrading from the pe800, I wanted the larger hoop, and so glad I did. Shipping was super fast, and I have already stitched out a kitchen towel design and started quilting my quilt using edge to edge design. Highly recommend, great price. Great seller
