The design is simple, and it does keep the big toe in place, but the material is not soft enough for regular use. I wore it during the day while walking around the house, and after a while, my toe started to feel irritated. The edges feel a bit rough, and the stiffness makes it less comfortable than expected. It might work for short-term wear, but for anyone needing all-day support, it may not be the best choice.

Very uncomfortable to walk in (recovering from broken big toe) and not at all comfortable for sleeping at night with it on. Also, I cannot see how anyone could get their foot in a regular shoe with this on. I returned this item.

Very good foot splint for a toe sprain or similar. I was struggling to even wear footwear or walk and 2 days with this and it started to recover fast.When preparing to attach it really needs some tweaking of the internal metal supports. They form quite easily.

This broken toe splint brace works very well.The splint is easy to use and solidly holds the toe in place for healing. This is also good for feet that have toes bending inward (forming bunions). It will correct that bend. You would only need to wear it at night for a while for that to cure.It is comfortable and easy to use. It is a simple device that works. Recommended!

This is not useful at all for a broken big toe. It isn't sturdy on the foot and moves around making it hurt more than wearing nothing at all. There are no instructions for how to attach the heal strap either and I couldn't find a way to do it without it being loose and pointless. I didn't end up using it and returned it right away.

These are a stiff and supportive. They are a bit uncomfortable to wear for long periods on your feet. My runners really squish the toes with this on.

Very easy to use and seems to immobilize my injured toe as required. Much better than needing to wear a boot for this type of injury!
