Very nice range hood. Wasn't sure if I was going to like the stainless steel fingerprint resistance feature but , I love it. It truly doesn't show fingerprints

The box was in a box, but was definitely damaged. When I removed it from the boxes it was dented on the top and back. The vent in front was buckled a small bit. Since most of the damage was where it wouldn’t be visible we decided to keep it. The vent buckle is noticeable to us, but no one else noticed. The item is beautiful. The perfect color and despite damage it still works great. Easy to install and quiet. I would recommend it.

We love the vent, installed it right away and my wife loves the look of it in the kitchen, changed the whole kitchen. It’s very quiet. The suction is very good. The light is nice and bright but not blinding. It’s a great value for the money. Local stores had some Similar for 200-400 dollars and I bought it for 100

range hood finish has large spots on it. Underside and outside. Looks like some kind of rust. Not as stated by seller.Manufactuer has 1 year warranty. Contacted 2 times, no response. I want refund ASAP. Wanting to sell house thats why we replaced it. I WANT REFUND OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE RANGE HOOD WITHOUT A DEFECTIVE FINISH. AMAZON NEEDS TO HOLD SELLERS ACCOUNTABLE FOR MISREPRESENTATION OF MERCHANDISE OR REFUND DIRECTLY FROM AMAZON ITSELF. CONTACTED 2 TIMES. IS ANYONE EVEN READING OR LISTENING TO CUSTOMERS??????? THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
