The Brixwell Silver Line Snap-in Tilt Latch (Right Hand) is a replacement latch designed for use with vinyl windows. Made from plastic with a white finish, this tilt latch is built to sit flush within the window frame for a clean, uniform appearance. It is sized at 2-3/8" (60 mm) in length, 11/16" (17 mm) in width, and 7/16" (11 mm) in thicknessness, fitting many sash windows that require a snap-in latch configuration. I guess I should have read all of the reviews before buying because everyone clearly stated that they only send you one side. Upon recieving the items, they are absolutely correct! Now I have to spend more of my time sending them back and ordering from somewhere else.

These packs should come with left hand also for the other side of lateral windows

I first ordered 1 set of the tilt latches to make sure they fit. The latches fit great so I ordered 3 more sets. I received 6 right side latches (rather than 3 sets of right & left. Company refuses to fix issue.

I snap-in Tilt latch receive 2 Snap-in Latch's for my window, both were right side I needed a latch for the right and left sides. I called DK Hardware Supply with the number listed on the packing list but was put on hold and the phone hung-up. There's no way to choose right or left on Amazon so I took for granted that I would receive both right and left.
