Hereโs what I liked: the ability to switch between white and warm white light is a great feature, allowing me to customize the ambiance depending on the occasion. The remote control is also super convenientโit makes adjusting the lights a breeze without having to go outside. The solar panel charges efficiently during the day, and the lights automatically turn on at dusk. Theyโre bright enough to highlight garden features or pathways, and the adjustable heads let me direct the light exactly where I need it. The build quality feels decent, and theyโve held up well in light rain. However, there are a few downsides. First, the brightness isnโt consistent. On cloudy days, the lights donโt stay on as long or shine as brightly, which can be a bit disappointing. Second, the remote control range is limited, so you need to be relatively close to the lights for it to work.

This set of solar spotlights are helpful for lighting that dark pathway enough to not fall on that step. Yay!The stakes are short, the entire height is under a foot tall, but I stuck them in a raised planter and pointed them at the danger step. I can see the step now, so I can walk down that side walkway rather than feel my way along hoping I don't fall. The area only gets ambient day light, but there is also a wall light back there. Even so, when I go out there within a few hours of dark, the spots are doing their good work. Very good spots, with 3 levels of lighting, and the assembly can be tilted and twisted and rotated so you can point the panel to the sun, and still get the spotlights in the right spot. These can also be wall mounted with enclosed hardware. There is also a remote, so you can save the batteries and only turn on the lights when you are out there. Very nice feature with some very good solar spotlights.

I ordered these solar lights to light a particularly treacherous pathway in my yard. They arrived in a small box and required very minimal assembly for sticking them into the ground (literally just pushing the stake piece into the light piece). The stakes are rather short so if you don't want them right at ground level, you may want to mount them instead. Fortunately, hardware is included for this option.Right out of the package, these lights popped on when I covered the solar panels to simulate darkness. I set them outside in the early afternoon and as soon as it started to get dark out they came right on. I checked several times throughout the night and, much to my delight and surprise, they lasted the entire night. As it's winter at the moment, I'll be scraping snow and ice off of the solar panels daily to help them function optimally but I'm very impressed so far with the amount of light they provide (this was set on the lower level of warm white) as well as how long they stay on. If you'd rather conserve light or not have them run all night, there is also an option to set a timer for them. They're very easy to use and can be turned on/off and adjusted with the button on the back of the unit directly or using the included remote (though I do have to walk outside to use the remote as these are positioned further than the functional distance of about 20 feet from my front door). You can tilt the light/solar panel portion to shine at a higher or lower angle, depending on your needs as well.Overall, I'm very pleased with these solar spot lights so far! They seem sturdy enough for their intended application and are doing a terrific job of illuminating the danger-stairs in my yard.

Easy to assemble. Come with some charge right out of the box.Best feature for me is that these can serve a dual purpose. You can choose to wall mount or put on fence or deck with the pre-drilled screw holes (screws included) or you can use by pushing into the ground attaching the included stakes.Theyโre a little on the bigger side (think they have 53 LEDs) if youโre thinking of attaching for like step lightingI would like to be able to shine them up on my stairs and they angle & tilt (another great feature) but my dog & foster arenโt going to allow for that w/the staked onesโฆ he had already unintentionally knocked over the one I tried yesterday (big dogsโฆ prob no bother with smaller dogs)I am going to use to shine ambient lighting to each tree in my front yardI think these would be fantastic if you have a landscaped Border around your home in order to cast some light either back onto the house or on your favorite garden ornaments or flowersThis company makes these with a remote.I like these bc theyโre on at dusk & off at dawn & I donโt have to remember where I left the remote.. lol These will also save you a little more but the build looks the sameIf youโre looking for security lights, I donโt know that these will suit what youโre looking but if youโre looking for that โextraโ bit of ambience, Iโd def consider these5 stars. Would order again.
