These lights were installed in front yard,put out good lighting on the landscaping

Once set up, it operates by itself - it turns on after sunset and off during daylight when it is charging with the solar panel provided.I recommend this lighting to enhance your outdoor patio or garden.

These solar lights are remarkably durable and well-suited for outdoor use, effectively withstanding various weather conditions. They offered an excellent solution for installing landscape lighting, allowing me to bypass the hassle and expense of hiring an electrician to hardwire ground lights. I appreciate their design and am satisfied with how they enhance the overall look of my outdoor space. Note that even on a cloudy day, they work well enough to come on at dusk until about 1 AM and will stay on.

I purchased these Aponuo solar lights in July during Prime Day 2024. I have 2 other brands of solar spotlights (many brands of solar landscape lights that aren't spotlight). One is a larger spotlight near my porch that I use to highlight the sidewalk entryway or flag, depending on season. It is 5:23 a.m. and it is still on with decent output. The other brand is from V------. I have their solar and electric spotlights. I have their solar spotlights in two different locations. One is along the sidewalk in front of the house. The lights last, on high, with full charge, about six hours or so. The other set is out near the road spotlighting a landscape bed and entrance to our yard. This particular set is still on right now at 5:25 a.m. (see photos) and nicely illuminating the garden bed and entrance.This brand of Aponuo solar spotlights-the set of 4 lights and one solar panel- is terrible. I have been watching them for about a week with full charge in full sun. We even checked to be sure we had them set to "bright" and not "low". After rechecking, I went out observed them around 9 p.m. when they came on. They were "okay", but by 1 a.m. (I was out looking for meteor showers) they were barely detectable and provided no service for illuminating anything. I am using them on our back patio to illuminate the patio, patio entrance, a a bottle tree, and some landscaping. I went back out at 5 am and took some photos before taking the ones in the front yard mentioned above. If the photos of this Aponuo set are dark and difficult to see, well, yeah, that's 100% correct. Because the lights are terrible. The first 4 very dark photos are the 4 Aponuo lights. The 5th photo are 2 of the solar spotlights from V------.Is it possible I was sent a faulty set with a bad rechargeable battery? I guess, in this world, anything is possible.Would I purchase this brand again? No. Would I recommend this to someone or gift it to someone? No.I contacted the company based on the business card they included which read to extend your warranty to 12 months, email them. So I did. The reply was that they would offer a 12 month warranty OR 20% off re-order if you leave a review on amazon or social media. Then you have to take a screenshot of your review and email it to them. They probably won't like this review, but it is honest.Also, oddly enough, the instruction brochure that came with the lights reads and I quote, "30% off reorder coupons" but submitting your order ID. This is what the email will read when you contact them regarding their mentioned extended warranty from the enclosed business card in their order, "Dear customer,Thank you for your purchase on Amazon for our solar spot lights.We have prepared various gifts for our customers, who would like to share their experiences on amazon or any social media. That would be a great help for a small business like us. Very disappointed in this product. PS are you wondering why i didn't purchase more of the expensive V------ brand lights? Because of the 3 sets of electrical (hard-wired) that we've purchased 2 of them have multiple lights that no longer work after simply tilting some of the spotlights downward instead of upward and we are past a service date, so I didn't want to support them as company any more.

These lights are tiny but bright. Bout the size of a peach. And have dual brightness setting.What I didn’t like was the Solar panel was just plastic. No glass over the collectors.I went to the dollar store and bought a 5x7 glass photo frame. The width was perfect @ 6.25 the high was 3/4” bigger so I got my glass cutter out and trimmed it. I used a thin line of silicon caulk on the edges and appled the glass.Hopefully the glass will extended the life of the panel without it hazing over.Satisfied so far for the price.

I have purchased numerous sets of these lights to light my 50' back vinyl fence. And now my palm trees, granted, I'm in Florida, so sunlight is rarely a problem, but I have to say, after buying dozens and dozens of puck lights and other types trying to affect the perfect lighting design, these are without a doubt the best so far. Very reasonably priced, they are very well made with metal " U" brackets and waterproof plastic screw in connections. Battery life is outstanding as is the ability to position them just where you might want them. The only caveat is that for my use, the cables that run to the lights themselves could have been a tad bit longer. Which meant the solar panel can't always be far enough out in the sun to get maximum light. They do sell extensions, so that may be why they are abbreviated, but for the price, I haven't found ones that are better. I have seen the same lights under different company names, but it's all the same stuff. So shop for your best price and sales happen a lot.

The product is amazing super easy to install. I love the quality of the lights even if it’s small but really powerful. I am planning to purchase more for my entire garden. This is one of the best solar lights i have found in Amazon. Highly recommended 👍

The quality of the product is excellent and looks great at our house. It was easy to install - no assembly needed - and had sufficient length in between spot lights for our landscaping project. Like the choice of brightness as well. This is an excellent product at a reasonable price.
