really enjoy this trowel... new to bricklaying but love the feel of it for doing blocks, I bought the 9" for brickwork love bon stuff

I’ve been wanting to try 9 inch trowel at work for a while. This Bon trowel is excellent value for money.If you’re on the fence try it, as good as a w rose or marshalltown but much cheaper

Comfortable feeling in the hand and initially feels like thick heavy good steel but after a few days handle was a little loose and the tip of the trowel was rolled downward and I was able to easily bend it back. That shouldn't happen ever with a good quality steel tempered brick trowel and had only happened on cheap junk towels over the last 34 years of laying brick

Got it only lasted one week before it broke off the handle while getting mud I cleaned it everyday with a other trowel and water so it wasn't from miss cleaned cheep made get a Marshalltown rose trowel are cheap made now

Don’t normally write reviews, I’ve seen a little bit of bashing on Bon trowels. I own and use a variety of different trowels, as do other bricklayers.I own a w rose, leather handle trowel, and a marshalltown leather handle trowel. I thought I’d give this brand a try the price is currently around half the price of the others I own.This Bon trowel is as good as a Marshalltown or W Rose. Its handle lift is somewhere in the middle of the other brands.I’ve put in a good few brick, before writing this. If you a Brickie looking for something other than a Marshalltown. Give a Bon a go, you’ll not be disappointed. I also love the look of the blue plastic handle.

Trowel has a good feel but, over a period of time the handle becomes loose. Only had it about three months.
