Excellent smart oven. I especially like the lighted digital controls. I didn’t want 20 different settings and cheap quality this is the perfect size for us. The light goes on at the beginning and end and you can manually use it when you want. Absolutely love this oven.

I've used several other brands over the years; this is by far the most advanced and feature-rich unit I've owned. I originally purchased this based on an online review. Love the ability to switch between that, bake, roast, etc. Easy to use display and controls, and does a good job of maintaining whatever temperature you set it for.

This is a second buy of this type of Breville oven. It replaces a similar Breville broke in a kitchen mishap. This model had the HIGHEST Consumer Reports rating. It has a 'slow cook' function that lets me cook big cuts of meat on low temperature for a longer time; similar in time and temperature that a brisket would be BBQed. I just baked a banana bread in it last night and it came out perfect and last week made sugar cookies in it, and everything baked evenly and with the correct receipe timing.

This is our second Breville oven of this style/type. The first one finally died after 12 years of use. The elements in the old unit had caused the PCB connections to fail due to repeated heating and cooling. I was able to repair it the first time, and it worked for another 5 years, but this time, the PCB was damaged beyond practical repair and I treated us to a new one. This unit has a convection fan and an improved user interface. Its easier to clean due to an updated interior design. My favorite trick is the magnetic door that pulls the tray out when you open the door just enough to snag the bagel off.I expect another 12 years of service out of this unit. When I consider the 2-3 year life span of the typical $50 toaster oven and the quirks that come with it, the cost of this oven is more than justified. Its less money over the years and a better cooking process every time. Thank Breville.

We purchased this oven when our stove gave out right before Christmas. It saved our Christmas Eve meal and we have used it consistently for the past year. A friend told us he uses his countertop oven more than his range and we've found the same.I appreciate how easy it is to dial in just what I need, the time it takes to preheat, how it tells you when it's ready and done. It is super easy to clean and still looks brand new. Love it!

This mini oven is the best thing that ever happened to me in a long time! It cooks very evenly and fast too. The convection baking works great and it heats up very fast due to the hi-tech coils I suppose. The only down side to it is that the door gets burnt grease buildup which is hard to clean.*Update 03/01/23 the convection fan stops working after a year or so. Its almost impossible to clean.

Really like that toaster oven. I use it everyday. The 3 different height levels with the different heat settings for pizza or baking or cookies or broiling or baking etc..are effective. I bake bread in it on a stone, broil meat and fish, grill vegetable (on a stone for an excellent "plancha" effect (setting on "pizza" - or "broil" if you prefer some charring -), bake casseroles of course, toast bagels, whatever. You can also slow cook (or keep warm) since the temperature goes as low as 120 degrees! You can bake mousses, terrines, pates which require very low baking temperatures. I added a 1/2 size (10×12) , 2 inch deep hotel pan to use as a bain-marie and get excellent results. If you stay on top of the cleaning, it is easy to do with the non stick interiors. With a timer that counts up to I do not know how many hours but also gives you minutes and seconds, a good light that you can turn on and off, effective convection on or off, a Celcius or Fahrenheit toggle, even a frozen food button to adjust length of cooking I assume. Sturdy construction. I cannot think of something else i could need in that excellent counter-top oven
