This little device is amazing!You can control your ac from anywhere, it also tells you what the current room temperature and humidity is while using the app. My only regret is that I wish I had known about this device sooner. Definitely worth buying.

I bought this to replace a nearly identical Sensibo device. The Sensibo did not work reliably with my Daikin AC, so I was unsure the Cielo would work any better. So I am very happy that the Cielo works almost perfectly and is superior to the Sensibo unit in many ways. For example, I was able to select the AC remote using its model number. The schedule function works reliably. The notifications of events is useful. I give it 4 stars only because some AC functions are not available, such as the ‘quiet’ fan speed. Powerful mode is supported but cannot be scheduled. Otherwise it would get 5 stars from me.

The unit took about 5 minutes to setup. Everything worked as they said it would and boy is this convenient. Range is great, I have this unit across the room and it communicates flawlessly with the mini split. The units design is small and sleek and you hardly notice it in the room.I bought this one to try before buying more for our other units. We are off grid and rely on solar and batteries for almost everything. The ability to set schedules and change temperature and operating times is a game changer for conserving power. I will be purchasing several more units!I had one setting I couldn't figure out so I contacted customer service at Cielco. Response was almost immediate and I got to talk to a real human being. Ian walked me through the issue and it was fixed in few minutes. Rarely do I get this kind of customer attention these days.

The product does what it's supposed to do. It was an easy setup; however, the problem was it was not compatible with the split AC Unit. The AC remote was not compatible. Tried an automatic setup with no success nor did selecting a device with a manual setup worked (Note: my AC brand was there in the list). I contacted support and with a few easy-to-follow instructions they were able to create a new option that got my device to work.The next issue was that it lost communication completely and I could not reconfigure the device myself. Contacted support, and with their assistance, got it back online. (Note: the issue was not because of the device).Overall, good stuff!

Worked out of the box with two AC units, needed support for setting the third to Celsius (only autodetected the Fahrenheit version of the remote, the Celsius version can only be manually selected).Support was great, they called me back and walked me through everything, answered all my questions, thank you Jason ;)Shows (not too precise) temperature and humidity levels (both can be manually calibrated) and offers most important functions (heating or cooling mode, set temperature, set fan level, power on/off), some extra functions (like turbo mode on the Samsung AC), although I think not every function is supported for my ACs (like horizontal swing).I especially liked it that when i changed the temperature on the remote, the App instantly showed the new target temperature and sent a notification to me about it.Power usage is so minimal, that my smart socket can not even measure it.Device set-up and the app is rather convenient, worked with WiFi password and with passwordless MAC-based WiFi, worked with three very different ACs, could re-configure to another AC and/or WiFi in under a minute.If you want a remote temperature+humidity sensor and a way to start heating/cooling before you arrive to your home/garage/weekend house, or to save a penny on varying electric costs, this is a great product for you ;)Note: you'll probably need the original remote to set this up and some functions are more convenient on the original remote, so this might not be a great replacement for a lost remote.Good value for money and I have to admit I love the design ;)

The Cielo Breeze Lite instructions were simple and straightforward, and the device connected to my mini-split right away. It didn't respond to all remote commands initially, but the Cielo online chat technician, Sam, was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue remotely. I was up and running in minutes! Amazing service!

We got these to manage our mini split AC units throughout the house. You need one puck for each AC unit, as it controls them through the individual remote control signal. The initial setup took about 30 min—plug them in, connect the pucks to the home wifi and app via bluetooth, clone the remote control signal, and calibrate the puck to the actual room temp. Once they are set up, you can control them from anywhere, since they are connected via wifi.I bought these because our house would get humid when the AC shut off cooling air when it reached the set temperature and just blow humid air nonstop the rest of the time. I was able to set up the “comfy range” settings to automatically turn the AC units on and off when the room reaches a certain temperature, and this has dramatically improved the humidity inside. This setting might be harder on our mini split system since it’s not designed to turn on and off like central air, but it certainly fixed the humidity problem.You can set up the schedule for different comfy settings for different times of day, i.e. cooler overnight for bedrooms and warmer during the day when they’re not occupied. It took some trial and error to get the right temp settings and schedule for each AC zone but once I worked it out, I was able to set it and forget it. You can also set up comfy ranges for humidity, and it will turn on the dehumidifier mode when the humidity percentage reaches the set level.We’ve had these for about 2 1/2 months, through the worst of the summer heat into the cooler early fall, and so far they are doing great. Well worth the money for the convenience and functionality.

Very easy and quick to set up and connect to my Google Home system. I am now able to completely control my air conditioning from anywhere and set up routines so that i can save money every time I leave the house. Great product, simple, small, and very easy to set up.
