It worked well for a couple of weeks, then the velcro wouldn't hold. The size chart seems a bit off. I ordered a medium but bottom strap is too long to tighten efficiently. It does have comfortable fabric, but I do not recommend for long term use.

Decent, comfortable splint, but expect the Velcro to wear out in a matter of weeks. If you buy this you should also buy some Velcro cinch straps ENVISIONED Reusable Cinch Straps on the Amazon website.

It's a good brace to sleep in. Honestly, it won't last more than 2 months due to the durability of Velcro. Else, it's a good brace if you need it for a few months. I can have better sleep than boot for sure. I don't expect more from it, if you do, you'll find it more unpleasant.

My girlfriend has plantar fasciitis and her podiatrist supplied her with a big giant hard plastic support boot which she uses at work since she is on her feet all day. We went to a second podiatrist who gave us a whole list of different things to try including a soft boot for at home and sleep. We chose this boot and it has been great so far. It definitely gives a similar amount of foot relief in a much more comfortable and lightweight boot that doesn't go far up your leg. She uses the wedge under her toes which seems to help since her regular hard boot doesn't have that. She hasn't tried sleeping with it on yet but may try it soon. This is definitely for indoor use only on carpet or wood/tile floors as the bottom of the boot is all cloth. She has small feet and the small size fits perfect.

I have other hard plastic night splints with little velcro straps you have to fit through little holes. They work amazingly but when you're injured and have lost flexibility, it is very difficult to move your legs to get those little straps on. I wanted this one for the ease of putting it on! And the bonus is that it's so soft and comfortable!! This padded one is 100% more comfortable! It's so soft I don't even have to wear socks with it (like my other one). And the velcro is amazing, so easy to put on, no issues at all.If you have never slept with a night splint, it does take getting used to, but it's worth it when you wake up without pain. I have a women's size 10 shoe so I bought the medium and it fits perfectly so the foot base must be 10" in a medium. Also a little tip, I don't undo the strap that goes over my foot. Just set it how you need it the first time and then just slip your foot in and do up the ankle and shin straps. Saves the material from velcro usage.

I had a Jones fracture, a typically slow healing break of my 5th metatarsal bone. I was non weight bearing (wheel chair) for 2.5 months and then partial weight bearing. I wore a cam boot in the day and I used this at night. It really protected my foot in bed. It kept me from moving my ankle in such a way as to hurt and kept the sheets from bending my foot in a way that hurt. The velcro eventually was getting tired and so I used an additional velcro strap around the foot area closure and that kept it secure. It was super comfortable and soft and allowed me to relax in bed knowing I wasn't going to injure my foot further.

I wear this brace at night and 2 hours during the day. It is easy to put on and comes with an optional wedge for toes. I have drop foot and it works well to keep my leg and foot in place. The brace is a good value for the price. The brace is comfortable and good quality. It is designed with 3 straps to keep the brace secure.

Exactly what I've been looking for.Trying to help stretch my toe walking sons calves. I've tried SO MANY products for toe walking. Braces. Insoles. Arch support. Anti crease toe caps. And so many..many more.Prior to surgery, they will cast the child's legs to see if this corrects it. So we have been using this boot at night (it's mostly his left leg) and it's pretty comfortable and does the job, especially with the added wedge they give you!I do wish there was a 2nd wedge. It's made of a weak foam, which I can see warping with time. But we're happy !

It's been 43 days, 43 days of sleeping on my back and I am NOT a back sleeper. My physical therapist recommended this to me after I kept complaining about my hard aircast boot that goes to my knee and is so uncomfortable and restricting. I broke my ankle and use a hard boot during the day and at night, but I can't move or do anything so I got this boot. Last night I slept on my side and was told I was sound asleep in a curled up ball position; I slept over 10 hours! It was the most comfortable I have been since I broke my ankle; I mean a broken ankle recovery isn't comfortable, but this boot is! My toes can breathe and I can move around and it just feels like a tube sock or something on your foot and only goes up about mid calf and not heavy. It is sturdy and keeps my foot supported while moving in bed....finally!

Needed this after calf surgery to keep leg straight at night; it worked great. Comfortable enough to sleep in and was cool and easy to put on. Did not give 5 stars because the adhesive straps started to slip after one month of wear so would wake up with the splint moved off site. It did not happen every time but enough that it was a concern.

I like that it is soft, but the straps do not do a good job of keeping my heel down and thus keeping my foot at the angle I wanted. When I tightened them a lot it ended up making my toes numb which have continued to be a bit numb. Maybe these will work with someone with a larger leg/foot.I bought another brand with straps that clip in, and it does a better job of keeping my heel down - not perfect but better. It isn't soft like this one, but I am still able to sleep with it and wake up to a heel which does not hurt.
