It has been really good for the most part. As time has gone on ( I have had it about 2 months), it keeps forgetting the map which I have to reload from saved and having trouble locating the charging base. There are "help" steps about the charger base that I will try this week. The mop feature works well but it does drip just a little so I don't use it much since that's not why I got it. The suction is very strong and does a better job than my stand alone vacuum. Even with the issues at hand, I still really enjoy this device and get far more use out of it than issues.

I am really glad I purchased this. I was afraid that it was not going to perform like some of the more expensive similar products, but it does a really good job. I feel like I have a personal maid who just did my Flores. After the machine is done, it makes my place smell fresh and cleaned. It does take some time to complete and runs out of batteries before it completely finishes, but it will go back and charge itself before resuming to finish the rest.

The brush is missing a piece. Their customer service is terrible. Had to pay $15 for a replacement from Amazon. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will not back their product!!! I have bought 2 of these and the fist was 4 stars by being fair on carpet but good on hardwood and easy to set up. The 2nd has a rattle due to the end of the roller missing a piece. Vendor is being evasive and not sending a new roller. I had to order one to replace it. Support is poor at best.

Well, never in my whole entire life did I think I'd be writing that a Hoover changed my life! But this has. After months of looking and saying "No way will these work" I'm left eating my words. This feels unit has made keeping the house tidy so easy. While it can still leave the odd crumb here and there the fact that at the end of the day all I need do is lift my chairs off the ground in the kitchen, make sure there are no toys etc on the living room floor, set it to do the lot and wake up in the morning to a fresh smelling clean floor! Maintenance is essential such as emptying the dust collection compartment daily and cleaning the small mop cloth but apart from that it's saved me so much time!Honestly, I never wrote reviews but thought this little fella deserved one.
