I purchase this Vest set for my 11 year old son and I was kinda disappointed. The Vest fits okay but the tie and the bow ties was too small for my son's neck, the color was actual the color you see pictured(royal blue)but like I said the ties were fit for a 4 or 5 years old kid. I gave this item four stars because the retailer offered to exchange the bow & ties:)for me which is great!!!!!

This item is definitely true to color. please note however, the material is a bit thin not too thin but thin as in airy and has a shiny effect. It comes with bow tie and neck tie.
