I've been looking for a good wired trackpad that's compatible with both Windows and Mac, and this isn't it. It works fine with my Macbook, but is completely unresponsive with my Windows laptop. The company's technical support was responsive, but all they provided was an unhelpful back and forth: "It doesn't work." "It does work, just follow the directions."Be aware that you are responsible for paying for shipping returns, and they'll fight you a bit.

Every other gesture works except for hold and drag and I believe it may be because it doesn’t click down like the Apple trackpad so you can only tap and it will not hold and grab anything like say a file to move it.
