Je suis allé de problème en problème. D'abord une livraison ratée. Le livreur a littéralement lancé la boite sur les marches en béton (sous mes yeux). Amazon a réagit rapidement et l'a remplacé le surlendemain. Mais, problème, le son en sortie du sub est distordu. Et là, l'horreur a débuté. IMPOSSIBLE de parler au support Bose (gamme pro) en français. Et évidemment contrairement à ce qui est marqué sur la page produit, Amazon ne fait QUE rediriger vers un numéro de téléphone non pertinent. (gamme grand public seulement, les techniciens qui répondent ne connaissent même pas l'existence du produit...) Pendant des mois j'ai été trimbalés entre le support en Espagne (qui répond en français), le Mexique (espagnol uniquement) et les É-U. Personne n'a été capable de m'aider. Je pensais que Bose aurait les moyens d'offrir un support en français au Canada là ou c'est une obligation légale. Bref Amazon refuse un second remplacement, de toute façon je n'en veux pas d'autre si je n'ai pas de garantie. Et le plus frustrant, Amazon refuse le retour de l'appareil défectueux malgré la garantie de support.. Il aura fallu faire une plainte à mon institution de crédit pour voir avancer le dossier qui vient de se résoudre. Achat initial : début juillet, retour et remboursement : début novembre. Cela aura pris 4 mois et des dizaines d'appels, courriels et échanges par chat. É-PUI-SANT. À l'avenir je vais sans doute considérer les marchands locaux pour ce type d'achats.

lowest volume on sub is +10db.i had clipping problem as well but after i updated sub it was better. 10 o’clock on sub2 is like 12 on a regular pa speaker bose should explain that i guess they put it on manual.sweet spot for this speaker is between 10 and 11If you connect with xlr cable not submatch cable change setting from l1 to lpf and it sounds better and doesn’t clip as fast if submatch Cable is connected you cant change settingI called bose and it seems like they don’t know what they are talking about i ask if I could update sub and guy said no watch a video on you tube on how to update speaker

They sound really good when you use two or more. I have four, (2) L2Pro32 and a T4S which is a must if you want to get the best sound out of them. One user said his clips at mid-way setting but none of mine do. Bose came out with a software update and fixes the clipping issue so that's a non-factor now for those who had that problem. They are very pricey as with all Bose but if you take care of them by not dropping them and banging them around, they will last for years without any issues. My only complaint is they should have used fan cooling for the internal amp verses convection cooling.

Only used once so far but the punch and low end is very crisp and great sounding have it paired up with two Bose S1 Pros and what a difference with the sub.

Trust me, it's very hard for you to receive this subwoofer in a perfect no dent no scratch condition due its poor packaging. The box is thin and only has foam on the top and bottom(at 4 conners only), zero protection on its sides, front and back. Most likely yours will come with a dented front grill. This is a heavy box(~60lb), but the box itself has no handle for carry. Otherwise, this is a great product. My recommendation is to buy this item in the store, DON'T get it shipped to you.
