You just put in the batteries .put it in like youre loading a shell & its easy to dial in your scope ..no screwing around ..& it comes in its own metal box you can put in you bugout bag.

30-30 win was a breeze to adjust. Saved some ammo and time using this. Went to the range to test accuracy and the laser definitely helped. My shots were on point and it was overall fun having dialed in sights without have to "waste" shots down range.Laser doesn't turn off so my advice is to flip the batteries backwards so you don't have to constantly take the batteries out and put them aside. Just put them in backwards and close it up so they don't activate the laser when in storage

Loveshopping wrote a bad review as seen below with the complaint laser wasn’t centered in barrel.So I thought I would look into it I put the batteries in. I loaded it into my chamber and closed the bolt. With the bolt completely closed, I put a piece of blue painters tape over the end of the barrel, and it was off-center. I lifted my bolt handle to where the bolt was still shut, but not clamped shut into place you may say. Then examined again to find that it was perfectly centered so if you happen to have this problem, don’t close the action just just push it forward and don’t close it and should resolve the issue

If the name of the game is accuracy then this is the laser bore sight you want on your side. Laser bore sights have 2 primary functions that can benefit you several times thru the course of owning a firearm. Firstly, it’s incredibly helpful with the original mounting of an optic. You’d be surprised how accurate the initial settings are out of the box for most scopes, but that obviously hinges on how well you mount it. Even if you’re not a Lock-tight kind of guy, it’s still beneficial to mount as close to zero as you can. The 2nd benefit is the “on paper” benefit. If you’re like me, your don’t enjoy wasting ammo. ‘Cause with every bang, there goes a buck. Or in the case of a Winchester .300 Mag… a couple bucks. So this site can literally pay for itself if you’re putting rounds down range and actually connecting with your target right out of the gate. Stop thinking IF you need this, and start understanding WHY you do. 5 stars, every time.
