I like how fast, easy and strong this clamps to various material that has reasonably parallel lines. I mainly bought it to serve as a simple fence for a used table saw I bought that didn’t have a fence and I was hesitant to spend $300+ on a true table saw fence system. This will work great for me in that case and in making other straight cuts using a jigsaw or circular saw.
