It's a boot puller. It works. Made from plastic, it's lighter weight than expected, but does what it's supposed to do.

There is nothing more frustrating than struggling to get muddy boots off after a long walk. This boot jack works a treat! I can quickly take off my wet muddy boots, and pop on my slippers all without getting mud all over the place!
