Great for daily tracking. This is a basic version of what I used in an operations center to track dispatches and radioed reports. The differences of this really only applies to a useful sunny/cloudy/rainy pictography. Ours was also landscape rather than portrait in layout. This only is useful for longer descriptions. We would add a couple columns for checking a typical activity (like a security round). That being said it isn't really necessary for this log book. Where I hesitate to take off a half to full star would be that the time column isn't wide enough. I need a .5 pen to write in a 24hr format. What makes up for it is the quality of the paper, the durable plastic cover/back that is semi rigid enough to write in the book without using a table. The ring binding is nice too. The smaller size is nice too because this is for a personal log that typically doesn't need a lot of detail or description of each activity. I just need to list breakfast, chores, work, errands etc. It also is small enough to take with me, though too large to fit in a pocket (even a large jacket). This does help me stay on task and see where I may be wasting time. which is the primary purose.

We used this as a daily log for our autistic son, and it was perfect! Once we fill this one up, definitely will purchase another.

I wanted a simple food log and this is perfect for that. It can be used to log pretty much anything you’d like. Very high quality paper and print. And I love that it’s USA made.

I have been searching forever for the perfect book to keep track of my hours and tasks. This log book checks all the boxes for me. The layout is excellent and the paper is a good weight. As a lefty I appreciate the quality spiral bind that keeps the pages flat and doesn't interfere with my writing. The plastic cover is a nice touch and keeps the book in good condition. So happy with this log. Would definitely recommend and will definitely buy again. :)

Looks exactly like the photos. At my job most of our customers call in to place orders for machine parts. Could never find a call log book that was appropriate for the application, as many are only for taking down brief messages. This works perfectly for my needs! It is however a tad bit pricy. As long as it keeps my notes tidy I'll pay the price

We have different caregivers recording BP, O2, symptoms, amount of exercise, and so on. This book makes it easy for different people to record results and compare over weeks & months.It's very durable and can stand up to things like minor spills. There's enough room a lot of details. The quality is significantly better than cheaper (and pricier) items available from Amazon and various stationery stores.It would be perfect except I think it's overpriced for 100 pages of lined paper.

I use this as a daily care log for my disabled daughter. Plenty of space to write and make it my own. I like the date, weather and time tracking features. I can see it would be helpful for some one who needed to keep themselves on task (me; definitely me:) I like the thicker plastic cover to protect from spills .
