LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! I've been in business as a notary public for about 25 years and these are the best notary journals I've seen. Super easy to use. Check mark the type of document to be notarized or write in the document name if it's not on the check-list. It's great!!!

I became an Notary Public back in 2020 and I exclusively only use this journal. It allows you to checkoff multiple signing docs. The best part is the price. Way more cheaper than ordering from Notary supply companies. I highly recommend this journal for the new and veteran Notary Public

As a notary public, I understand the importance of accurate record-keeping and maintaining a professional image. That's why I'm thrilled to share my experience with the "Modern Journal of Notarial Events." This journal is an absolute game-changer when it comes to organizing and documenting notarial acts. If you're a notary seeking a reliable and efficient way to record your notarial events, look no further than this exceptional product.Likes:I can't emphasize enough how much I love the "Modern Journal of Notarial Events." The first thing that caught my attention was its modern and sleek design. It exudes professionalism and sets the tone for my notarial practice. The high-quality binding ensures durability, making it a reliable companion for years to come. One feature that truly stands out is the checkboxes for each document type. This makes the notarization process way more streamlined than if you had to write every document title out by hand. I learned after my first journal that I wasn't doing that anymore. Lol!Each page is thoughtfully designed and user-friendly, allowing me to capture all the necessary details effortlessly. The clear and concise sections for recording the date, time, location, type of document, and parties involved make documentation a breeze. Additionally, the spacious area for notes allows me to include any pertinent information or observations related to the notarial act.The inclusion of security features is another aspect that impressed me. With tamper-evident sewn construction and sequentially numbered pages, I can confidently protect the integrity of my notarial records. It provides an extra layer of assurance, especially when it comes to legal and official documentation.Dislikes:While the "Modern Journal of Notarial Events" ticks all the boxes for me, nothing is as inconvenient than running out of space in my journal. As a busy notary, I tend to go through journal pages quite quickly. However, this minor inconvenience doesn't at all diminish the overall quality and usefulness of the product. It's just a minor inconvenience.I also do prefer the hardcover version of this product, although it does come with a heftier price tag. Even at a higher price point I prefer the hardcover to this one. Conclusion:In conclusion, the "Modern Journal of Notarial Events" is an indispensable tool for notaries seeking an efficient and professional way to record their notarial acts. Its modern design, user-friendly layout, and security features make it a top-notch choice for any notary public. With this journal by my side, I feel confident in my ability to maintain accurate records and present a polished image to my clients.Whether you're a seasoned notary or just starting your journey, I highly recommend investing in the "Modern Journal of Notarial Events." It will undoubtedly streamline your documentation process and enhance your professional practice. Don't miss out on this exceptional product that combines style, functionality, and reliability. Y'all better come up here and get one of these!

The packaging was not very good. One of my journals outside cover was bent quite a bit, and I had to put it under a heavy book in order to get it to lay flat. I use these professionally as a notary public.

My wife's notary business in Southern California uses these notarial books because they are well laid out, concise but accurate and thorough, and including most necessary categories for stamped notary. Notes can be added to qualify a signing. I believe they have 121 pages to record on, including thumb print area. Her business uses 10 to 15 of these books yearly. In the books, they provide a check box for the item being notarized. Each item of the selection offered is to have a single item checked and other items should be done on a seperate line even if it's part of the same notary. The covers are sturdy and the ink on the pages doesn't seem to smudge or distort. They are easy to store.Keep and store your books after completed as required by state law.Happy Notoring!SignEase Mobile NotaryOrange County, CA

I've tried 4-5 journals and like this one the best. I'm in Pennsylvania and every single notarization needs to have it's own documentation. Even if there is more than one signer on the one notarial certificate- I still have to fill out an entry for each name. It gets very time consuming. This journal is easy to use and a bit of a time saver in that it has a lot of pre-printed info already in it. I don't have to write it all out- I just check the boxes. I like that each entry goes all the way across the page for each one- makes each entry easy to follow. The only thing I have to criticize is that I wish the journal had more entries- there are only 122 per book. Up to 200 or 250 would be nice. For some Refi's with joint borrowers, I might have 30-40 entries, depending on the paperwork- these journals fill up fast.
