i recently grabbed this book nook kit and it's been delightful to work on. the kit comes with detailed pieces that once put together, create a miniature scene that fits perfectly on any shelf. the assembly process is fun and enjoyable, and the kit comes with clear and easy to follow instructions, even if this is your first time putting something like this together. the pieces are sturdy and durable, and the led lights add a nice touch to the finished scene.

I got this book nook kit as a fun project, and I'm really pleased with how it turned out. The instructions were detailed and easy to follow, and all the pieces fit together well; I didn't encounter any major issues during the build. I spent a relaxing afetrnoon putting it together. The finished product looks fantastic on my bookshelf, and the LED light adds a really cool touch — it looks great in the evening. 🤩 I'm considering getting another one, perhaps as a gift for a friend who's also into crafts. The dust cover is a nice addition, too, keeping everything clean. This is a great little project for adults and teens alike—I would say it's well worth the time and the money.

It was a little tedious and I had to fix a couple of pieces that broke - but ultimately this is a fun and exciting book nook. I admire the amount of detail that this scene has. It is so much more intricate and gorgeous in real life than the pictures allude to. It was a bit of a struggle getting some of the pieces out, I ended up using a hobby knife for the more fragile pieces and to trim/smooth some of the edges (fine grit sandpaper is great for this as well). I didn't really have any problems with getting pieces to fit into place - but I would definitely advise having a good pair of tweezers handy.While I think this book nook is doable for all stages/familiarities, I would advise that this not be a novice or "first time" project. It is definitely doable, as the instructions are clear and easy enough to follow - you might just find it taking more time.The price point is pretty on par to similar book nooks - so it is certainly worth a go. I do recommend!

This is my first miniature diorama puzzle kit, and I enjoyed putting it together. I love the detailed artwork. It takes a moment to get oriented, but the instructions are easy to follow once you look for the page letters and then the individual part numbers. You may be tempted, like I was, to start popping out parts—don't do it. The picture showed putting the cover stickers on the book cutouts, so I popped all the books out of their pages. It turns out they're different sizes and have corresponding stickers. There are so many beautiful touches and details in this book nook kit—it's a joy. This was a very quick and easy build that only took me about four hours total, maybe? Somewhere around there. The kit came with a nail file (sandpaper), and slanted metal tweezers. The sheets are pressboard.This kit was mainly a tab-type kit, but you did need clear glue for some things that had to be stuck on the walls and such. Occasionally, some of the tabs will be a bit wiggly, also, so you really need to use a drop of glue to keep everything together.I also keep a miniature tool kit for items that might not be included as tools in a kit, but that I might need. My kit includes: a small mallet hammer, razor knife, awl, paper scissors, embroidery scissors, needle, thread, paint brush, glue brush, wood putty, sandpaper, various sizes/types metal files, white glue, clear glue, paper squeegee, clamps of various sizes, wire cutters, needle nose pliers, pliers, metal pointed tip tweezers, metal slanted tip tweezers, cm ruler, clear tape, etc. It sounds like a lot, but particularly when I'm doing the dollhouse-style kits, I use every single thing at some point or another in various kits. I also keep a set of various colors thin-tip markers for "touch ups" when something gets a splinter of wood off of it or whatever. I've found it helps me. Just a personal choice.The instructions are in a color booklet with glossy pages. They're done in drawings, so there can be some difficulty at times with the darker colors. It's hard to distinguish what you're supposed to be doing sometimes on those types of drawings! The colors are just too dark in my opinion. Otherwise, the directions were fine. I got it done! It has a place of honor as decor in my sewing room, and it's a fine addition for that.Overall, this went together quite easily and was in line quality-wise with other kits of this type. I was very happy with the build and highly recommend this kit.
