Solutions for Lost Keys or Dead Batteries
Notice: The password will be restored to the default settings in the below situations.
- After replacing the batteries.
- After charging the battery compartment through the USB Typc-C port.

OPEN THE SAFE FOR THE FIRST TIME
Step 1
- Please place the safe on a stable, secure place.
- Remove the Emergency Lock.
Step 2
- Insert the Emergency Keys and turn it counterlockwise.
- Turn the knob clockwise to open the safe.
Step 3
- Open the Battery Compartment.
- Install 4 x AA batteries (Not Included).
Step 4
- Press the Reset Button.
- Enter the new passcode (3 to 8 digits) and press "#" to confirm.
- Close the door, turn the knob counterwise to lock it.

Good safe for the price. The battery slot only opens about 4 inches and it's difficult to insert the batteries with the positioning of the spring. Aside from that, happy with the product. It arrived on time, package was not damaged. The fireproof bag is a nice perk.

My friend bought this safe so that he can keep his important documents in a safe place. It was very easy to open using the keys that were included. It's very safe and functions like it should and great value for your money

This is a trash product . It’s really wild that the enter door came off and couldn’t be put back on! How is this supposed to keep my things safe 🙄.. returned

This was ordered for my mother in law to have in her assisted living apartment. It is the perfect size for her to keep her jewelry and wallet in. Combination was easy to set. This was perfect for her needs.

I appreciate this company's care in creating a product that works and for giving good instructions. I like my home safe. Now, all that being said, I did struggle to set my code. I really did. I have no tips to pass along. Just don't give up; it will work. Because it worked and continues to be reliable I do not blame the machine.
