This safe is a very good product for the price, and I am very happy with it...But I ALSO must tell those who are prospective buyers of this Safe Box how GOOD and VERY HELPFUL are Tenamic people...Shortly after I purchased this safe I (SOMEHOW ?) lost both of the keys while changing my residence.I thought I knew my combination, but apparently I had forgotten it. Well, I went ahead and contacted my Tenamic friends and they graciously offered to send me NEW replacement keys. AND IN THE END THEY CHARGED ME NOTHING FOR THE NEW KEYS ! I would truly recommend (not only the safe) but also the friendly and helpful Tenamic company who really helped me out and took care of me. THANKS Tenamic ! And God bless you !

This is a wonderful lock box. Not fireproof. It is great for storage and can fit in any nook or cranny.

it said it was fireproof and waterproof it definitely was not this is more like a filing cabinet with a safe door on it would not buy

This is a good safe. It works great and easy to open up and close. The fact is that there's no way it can be fire proof. There's only one sheet of metal with no insulation. I'm satisfied with it because it's still a good value for the money. Should take fireproof out of discription because it isn't.

Well if you're looking for fort knox this isn't it. But, for the money this isn't bad. It's not heavy so unless you anchor it a theif will easily carry it off. But if you want a place to secure any cash, jewelery, important papers like pink slips, this can keep the kids out or a snoopy maid out of your stuff. And the keypad function keeps you from having to track down your keys. Not fireproof but don't kid yourselves those that say they are...turn into kilns and the only thing you recover after fire is powder inside. I speak from personal experience there.
