The bone saddle needed some minor sanding (included sandpaper) but it fit and works great. Nice radius for the Epiphone J200. A bit pricier than other options but I’m happy with it. Bought 2 for 2 Epiphone J200 guitars!

Nope. Does not fit year 2000 later Epiphone. It's too fat.

The quality and craftsmanship for the price point is superb. I went back and forth with Customer Service at MacNichols for two days and was given so much guidance and patience. They offered to help in any way they could, instructions were given to walk me through an issue I was having (the issue was not their fault at all). I will be a supporter of this company whenever I can be. Great Job!

Ordered two bone saddles for an acoustic guitar. Took 17 days for package to arrive. After about two weeks started poking around trying to find out where my package was. Saw that it sat in a USPS facility for 14 days without moving. Didnt know what the problem was so contacted the seller, MacNichol Guitars. They were amazing. Service was above and beyond. They gave me a full refund and told me to keep the saddles if/when they ever arrived. They even offered to send me a free saddle to help determine the correct size/style for my guitar. Highly recommended.

This saddle was advertised as fitting post 2000 epiiphone guitars. Mine is a hummingbird pro. overall it's a very nice product. this is a compensated saddle and that part is an exact match to my original (probably plastic) saddle. the thickness however was a little thicker than the original saddle and of course it had to be brought down in hight to match also. a little sanding though and all was good, I was careful not to take it down too far or the action would be too low. better to leave some to take off next string change. So I used this saddle and also replaced the nut and bridge pins with bone. I can't make a fair judgement because I also changed to different , slightly heavier strings. however I am pleased with the sound and happy that I made this upgrade to my guitar for very little money. im not sure how much a luthier or guitar tech would charge for this but no doubt much more than the few dollars I spent on thisOverall very happy with this and glad I made the leap to do this on my own. The guitar action is just perfect as is and could maybe go a teensy bit lower but we will see. It's a good product and a good upgrade to your guitar. just be careful and go slow and you can do it yourself. You can always put the original saddle back in an no big loss, but this will work!

The saddle went into an Epiphone Texan Peter Frampton. I didn’t have to adjust the length or height of the saddle just had to sand the front and back a little. It took less than 5 minutes to install. Great product!

Installed on an inexpensive Epiphone DR-212 12-string acoustic. Removed 1.5 mm from the bottom and a few thousands from the sides and it fit like a glove. Intonation is pretty respectable. Made a very noticeable improvement in tone over the OEM plastic saddle. Together with a truss adjustment and a new set of Martin MA-500's and it's hard to believe it's the same guitar!
