  • If you measure directly after powering up, the measurement results are inaccurate and the measurement time is up to 30 seconds or more. Be sure to start measuring when you see “Lo℉”.

  • 1. Gently pull the battery cover off by hand at the top of the thermometer.

    2. Place a fresh 1.55 V button cell battery of SR41, UCC392, or LR41 or equivalent into the battery compartment with the positive terminal on.

  • During off status, Press and hold the on/off button for about 3 seconds, and when you hear the "Bi", immediately press the button again.

  • Yes. Please note that only the tip of the thermometer (the measuring part) is waterproof.

Easy and cheap and does the job

Very basic thermometer and worked OK for a few days - then I put it away in the medicine cabinet. I pulled it out about 3 months later and it would not work as if its battery had died. All in , it gave me about 8 readings over four days. It served its purpose and I guess I got my $6 worth out of it. Disposable in my opinion.

So far, so good! My other thermometer was not consistent or accurate. I needed a reliable one and this one seems to be very accurate and takes temperature quickly, which is nice because my daughter gets very impatient.

I recently purchased the Boncare 10 Second Thermometer, and overall, I'm quite pleased with its performance. It provides fast and accurate readings, making it super convenient for quick checks, especially during cold and flu season. The sleek dark blue design is a nice touch, too!The only downside is that it didn’t come with the plastic covers for the thermometer, which I think are essential for hygiene and ease of use. It’s a small detail, but it’s something I expected. If you’re looking for a reliable thermometer, this one is a solid choice—just be sure to grab some covers separately!
