ATTENTION:
This compass is designed for boat or watercrafts. The reading is totally opposite to normal compass. For example, when you are facing NORTH (while the compass is placed in front of you),the reading shows "N" to you and "S" pointing north direction. The reading facing you is the correct direction that you are facing, that is "N".

I thought all compasses worked the same. You install it and it works. I installed it several different positions and it never would point in the correct position so I returned it.

This compass is great it’s able to be hand calibrated on both axes n if your compass is reading a 180 degrees out turn it around n flip the cover to the other side before mounting. Good quality for the price point. Not using the light so not sure about that but 👍👍 from me.

Compass is nice. Only thing is, it is bigger than what it look like in the picture. Other then that, please with it.
