We’ve been cleaning carpets for 30+ years.We use 6 powr-flite carpet extractors each clean solution tank holds 15gal. Product calls for 1oz per gallon we use 20oz. Of solution per machine. Most stains are removed in 1-3 passes of extraction. We soak stubborn stains with the same solution and 98% of them come clean. We also use it on rotary scrubber with brush and this really works well on super stubborn stains.It is cost effective to use and our guys prefer it to other brands.

If you have a carpet extractor look at what janitorial supply companies sell. Bought an extractor and residual that was in tank did better job than anything else I've used. It does loosen some dirt considering carpet has been cleaned 4th time . Should be a one time and done , if my math is correct one gallon will make over 300 gallons of solution. I doubt carpet would be clean even then
