This is an awesome little printer! It's compact, prints fast, and is incredibly easy to set up. The Bluetooth functionality makes it super convenient to use. It even comes with around 100 labels so you can test it out while setting it up. I frequently ship packages for my hobby and use Pirate Ship, this printer works perfectly with it. Just select the correct paper size, choose this printer, and print. It takes only seconds. The only minor issue is that prints can come out slightly lopsided if the printer isn’t perfectly aligned with the loading tray, but that’s an easy fix. For the price, this is a fantastic value, and I’ll definitely get plenty of use out of it.

Every now and then I need to print mailing labels. WAs wanting a smaller printer that I could use and then put in the closet until the next time. It seems this is the printer I was wanting. No more wasted ink. I have used it a couple times and the printing is great. I have used both my computer and iPad with no issues. I now have a dedicated printer for my mailing label needs.

Always needed a thermal printer since I ship a lot. This provides fast printing for my shipping labels. No longer do I need to use a printer, print it, cut the shape, and tape onto a package. This saves me so many steps. This is what I need to speed up the process and this works well so far. I don't like the price though as it's more on the pricer end. Overall, ignoring the price, this is a great printer for my shipping needs.

Easy set up and connected well with my phone, but not on the computer. i wrote to the company asking about the computer issue and they said they would get some information from the tech department, but I never heard back from them. So this review is for the phone connection only. It was easy to set up the printer and the supplied label holder is a bit clunky for such a slick looking printer. The levels fed fine and the printer printed a nice image, perfect for shipping labels.

If you’re someone who prefers to get as much done with your mobile phone as possible rather than having to boot up your computer then this is the printer for YOU! It connects with your phone via BT and you control it via an app. It prints adhesive labels quickly and I love being able to slap the label right on a package instead of using a ton of packing tape to adhere a paper label (as I was doing when I used my computer to print labels). It’s super-easy to use and it works really well. It’s also small enough to fit just about anywhere. If you need a label printer then look no further - you’ve found it! :)

In the app, settings like margins and font sizes reset to default every time you restart it! To print labels with a custom logo in bulk, I have to manually adjust each one. The so-called "professional mobile solution" doesn’t even meet basic user experience standards.
