I love this printer. Easy installation and user friendly platform. I bought it for printing jewelry labels and I'm able to print my logo on those. Printing time is super fast. Woth every penny!

My older label printer was not compatible with windows 11 & a new one I ordered was "sad" so tried this one. Easy install & works very well. But the software to use it is all online & little more difficult to use.

The downloaded app is pretty much useless except for initial setup of the machine. The web based app lacks many features that other label printers have; very few optional settings for the interface. For instance when you choose T for text the window comes up with the word “Text” in the line where you enter the text you want. So you have to delete the word “Text” before entering the information you want.The address labels printed looked good with good dark printing. I wanted a smaller label for other uses so ordered the barcode size. When printing the first labels the printing was MUCH lighter than the address labels. I assume they are either old or manufactured poorly. I did change the darkness setting to the maximum level and there was a lot of improvement.

This is the second printer we have received and both have had terrible issues and do not work. The company's customer service is terrible. They refused to take back the first one and we had to get amazon involved. Then the second one would not connect to our pos- we spent over an hour on the phone with them and they finally promised to send a new one out asap. Now today I get an email from them saying they have not sent and still Need more information to process our request, Its holiday, we have inventory flowing in and they are breaking their promise to get a new one. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER!!! OR ANY ZEBRA PRODUCTS>

I own a small retail business and we have over 1000 items that needed to be barcoded. I was struggling to get the barcode to print properly on another barcode printer and I gave up and tried this one. It was the best switch I could’ve made. This one makes life so easy and it makes the process of printing labels so simple. I use Shopify and everything‘s customizable within the app and it print seamlessly with this printer. I also can use multiple size labels, which was very important to me. I will be keeping this printer forever.

This is awesome and portable. I replaced my old printer with this one, and it’s been a significant improvement. It’s easy to use with both my phone and Mac. Although I haven’t tried it with Windows, I believe it will work just as well. My only issue is that I have to locate and add the printer each time I want to print, but once connected, it prints within seconds. This setup works fine for me, but it might be inconvenient for someone who prints frequently throughout the day. On the bright side, the printer is quickly found and prints efficiently. While the software could use some enhancements, it seems perfect for infrequent users like myself.
