Usaba un modelo anterior, el BC980P,hasta que un amigo de lo ajeno decidió romper la ventanilla y llevárselo. El problema que tenia ese modelo era la potencia de sonido, algo que han mejorado en éste. El doble altavoz es una maravilla y hace que se escuche claramente la conversación y los vídeos de YouTube o lo que uno quiera. La conversación es clara y no tengo problemas para ser escuchado. Posee un botón para silenciar el micrófono y también tiene carga usbc, cosa que el anterior modelo no tenía actualizado. En definitiva, un modelo algo más caro y algo más grande, pero que es mejora en todo

I have got this for my husband who drives a commercial truck. He has been looking for some kind of speaker from which it will be easier for him to listen to the calls and stuff while driving because there is too much noise in the truck. This is the best speakers he had tried so far and he is very happy and satisfied. The sound quality is great, the volume is pretty high. It was easy to install and the size is very decent.

The product was very easy to pair and conversations come in loud and clear. Unfortunately, people complain about a loud humming sound. As such, I may have to return this product.Update: I ended up returning this as the buzzing/static sound was too annoying

This company sent a device with instructions to charge device into provided cigarette charger or any laptop usb port. After plugging into laptop the device stopped working.I contacted company and informed them what happened and they informed me device needed to be plugged into 1 amp charger. I sent them picture of instructions for charging, which DID NOT MENTION 1 AMP REQUIREMENT and the fact that there provided charger said 2 amp.They told me to use Amazon warranty which i refuse to do since it was not Amazons fault.I quess when the sunnitecs own warranty card says we ACHIVE for perfection it should have been a clue. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
