Easy three wire set up, just add a resistor and you're good to go.These waterproof temperature sensors are just what I need to add to my geothermal monitoring of my hot water production.I'm already monitoring my wells in and out, and air in and out.With additional sensors I'll also be able to monitor my domestic hot water production in and out.Keep in mind the leads on these particular sensors are 1 meter.

I ordered this 5-pack of DS18B20 temperature sensors from BlueStars for a couple Arduino projects including a system to monitor the temperature inside a 3D printer enclosure. The good thing about these particular sensors is that they are also waterproof and can also be used to measure water temperature.Wiring is easy, and you just have to make sure you include a resistor between the power and data wire or you will simply get a reading of -196.60. I use the DallasTemperature.h and OneWire.h libraries which have worked well.Overall, this is a good pack of temperature sensors.
