Fits the steering wheel snug. Took some strength to get it on. But it stay on as you drive no looseness to distract your driving. A plus. And keep it from being to hot is summer and not so cold in winter. I still wear gloves in winter. Cause it gets cold here. Glad I got this and you can see your car in parking lot. Being that there are so many like them out there.
