Love this steering wheel cover. It occasionally needs to be slightly readjusted, but I'm very happy I bought this. The item is exactly like the picture.

The listing says this fits 14.5” to 15.5” steering wheels but I put it on a 14” with no problem. I’m sure it’d be fine on both smaller and slightly larger steering wheels. It has a padding that is grippy but not sticky. I mean, it’s inside surface is like non-slip rubber not like tape with adhesive. The outer surface is like Spandex.
