Part of me can see why this is frequently returned. If you’re not expecting a very thin mat of a thing, that is. It’s rubberized underneath, but it will still shift a bit on you. Haven’t washed it. Also bought one for an ugly kitchen floor. Would I buy again? Prob not. But it’s a getaway, and it serves the purpose. Where it really counts, I bought gorgeous wool. These are not that. As long as you’re good with that knowledge, it’s a decent ruggable knock-off. So good, I would def not pay ruggable price. And the design is comparable, as well. (Excuse the mess. Move-in week!)

I have to start by saying I never leave reviews…I just don't BUT after buying a ruggable for my entryway and disliking it so much after comparing it to this bloom rug I had to leave a review! The bloom rug is as good of quality as a ruggable at more than half the cost. The colors are so neutral and yet give it a pop and contrast. The olive colors in the rug are more neutral grays and beige with a nice pop of a little blue gray. Truly compliments your space and the rug stays in place and easy to open and close your door. I’m very glad I sent back my ruggable for this bloom rug!

This rug is made well and the design is beautiful. It even has a small fringe on the short sides, which is a sweet little detail. We use this runnee in the kitchen. It geips well to the floor and doesnt slide around or pucker. The fact that it is machine washable, makes it perfect for out household. Love it and highly recommend.

Love it! It is thin but not flimsy. We needed a thinner rug since it is in an entryway and it needed to fit under a door opening and closing. It rolled out nicely and flat with no creases after a day or two. I got many compliments on it and many people thought it was a Ruggable! I know everyone is always looking for dupes so highly recommend!

This is a beautiful rug. The colors are perfect for my space-the 9x12 "ivory/gray/caramel" works for picking up dark gray, ivory, rust, caramel, even navy since the grays are so muted. It's perfect. So much so that I also bought the 8x10 size for another room. It's super soft, and vacuums without pulling up like some other washable rugs do. It's thin, so if you like a more plushy feel, you might want a pad. We use it on top of ceramic tile, so it's definitely not plushy, but we don't care. It's main job is to look good and be washable, because we have pets. And, I didn't want to have to wrestle a huge rug to fit exactly on a pad after I washed it. Which leads me to my chief complaint: naturally, some time after the return window closed, it needed to be washed. So I took it to a commercial laundromat, where they had a washing machine as big as a small car. I washed it on cold, with two detergent pods. It was fairly heavy, and I had my doubts about this machine being able to move it around to get it washed and rinsed well. I stood in amazement at how this machine tossed this big, heavy rug around like it was a dishtowel. Several other customers who watched me wrestle it in the door and into the machine also just stood there marveling at this machine. The wash took less than 15 minutes, and only cost $8. I was worried that it would be super heavy when wet, so I called my husband for backup. Surprisingly, It wasn't really that heavy, since the machine did such a good job of spinning it. Together, we folded it up, and took it to the car. I think I could have done it myself, and I'm a petite, middle-aged woman. I'm glad he was there to help fold it, though, because together, we were able to do so without allowing it to touch the laundromat floor. When we got home, we basically draped it across our large coffee table (with towels on top because the rug was a little damp), left it there with the ceiling fan on, and it was dry within a few hours. That's when I noticed that the colors in one large section had bled. Where the "base" color everywhere else is ivory, there is a huge section now where the base color is a light gray-it kinda looks like a perpetual shadow. It's not glaringly obvious, but it is there, and for $400, I expected better of a rug that is sold as "washable". I haven't had cause to wash my smaller, 8x10 version, but now I'm a little scared to do so, because that rug is in a spot where color-bleeding WOULD definitely be noticeable. So...it gets only 3 stars because of the colors bleeding, which makes me sad because it really is a beautiful rug.

The runner I bought to use as a front entryway mat is amazing. The style is so elevated and despite it being a light color, it doesn't show dirt because the tones are not stark white. I absolutely love it. It has performed so well over time. I only wish they made smaller sizes for door mats in smaller spaces. I would love a 3, 4 or 5 foot runner

I purchased the Bloom Caria Washable Teal/Ivory Geometric 9x12' area rug and it is beautiful! And the price was so right for a rug of this size and quality. What I specifically love: the rug has a subtle, "silvery" shimmer that looks lovely; the design/pattern is fairly neutral but still a bit eclectic and fun, it's very soft on bare feet and looks far more expensive than it was - the fringe on both ends is a very nice touch and adds to the rug's higher quality look. It is flat but I am using a thick 9x12' rug pad (also purchased from Amazon) and it makes a difference.I think this rug will hold up well in our den, which is a high traffic area. We also have several pets who are not very compatible with nice area rugs/carpet, so I am always on the hunt for washable rugs. I have purchased several Ruggables in the last few years but they are getting too expensive for my budget. I like this rug more than any of the Ruggables I own because it's thicker and softer. I hope Bloom adds more patterns similar to this one because I'm not a fan of the other designs offered. If additional designs become available, I will be ready to buy them. I haven't washed the Bloom rug yet and will update my review after I do. If you are thinking about this rug, just go for it. I'm very picky about rugs, curtains, and other fabric and I will tell you that this rug is a winner!
